the Raleigh Durham areas of North Carolina. We partner with Unisource
and The Butchers company to provide the best and most up to date supplies
and equipment on the market.
Supreme Maintenance Organization uses the latest
work loading software to design a customized cleaning program for
your facility. We also use software to create maintenance schedules
and work orders for all the non-routine cleaning task.

Our Quality Assurance
Program
Supreme Maintenance Organization uses a three-tier
quality control approach. First, we require our Account Manager or
Supervisor to inspect your facility several times each week using
our Quality Inspection Report. Any deviations found are corrected
in a timely manner. Secondly, our Quality Control Representative gives
each building a detail inspection and rates it accordingly on our
quality Evaluation Report. Any account that may slip below its expected
quality rating will be given special attention. Finally, we ask for
your feedback on our Quality Assurance Report every quarter. We also
send a Quality Assurance Report to your tenants if applicable. We
will respond to any negative comments in a timely manner.
