Classroom Pre Season Training
|
 |
| Their second day on the job, employees attend
another session of classroom training. The focus of this training
is customer service and the Butchers
Building Block System. This simple, but highly effective patented
program uses the tell, show, do, review method
of training. This training capitalizes on our understanding of adult
learning principals and gives us the ability to deliver training the
same way, time after time. First, the instructor will tell
the cleaner the proper process using colorful cartoon illustrations.
Then, he will show the cleaner the proper
process. Once the cleaner has seen the instructor perform the task,
he is then asked to do the task himself.
When adults are asked to do a task,
their retention rate rises to 90%. In the final step, the cleaner
is asked to review what he has learned
back to the instructor. |
 |
|
|
 |
| Another unique aspect to our training is the introduction
of the "Deadly Sins". The "Deadly Sins" are things
that your employees or customers don't want to see when they walk
into your facility after it has been cleaned. |
