David Murphy, CBSE

| David is co-founder of Supreme Maintenance Organization
and has nearly seventeen years of experience in the building maintenance
industry. In 1996, David received his Certified Building Service Executive
designation. David has served on several BSCAI Committees. He is a
graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill. David serves on the advisory council
for the Salvation Army's Boys & Girls Clubs of Greensboro, and
the Kernersville Raiders Football Booster Board. He currently teaches
Sunday School at Cornerstone Baptist Church. He and his wife Paula
have four children, Melanie, Michelle, Mark and Montana. |

| Gary is co-founder of Supreme Maintenance Organization
and has twelve years of experience in the cleaning industry. In 2000,
Gary received his Certified Building Service Executive designation.
He is a graduate from Elon College. Gary is an active member at Hunter
Hills Baptist Church. He and his wife Lisa have three children, Christopher,
Sara and Kevin. |

| Diana joined Supreme Maintenance Organization in
1996 as an Administrative Assistant. She was quickly promoted to Administrative
Manager and has since moved into sales. In 1998, Diana received her
Registered Building Service Manager designation. She and her husband,
Jim have two sons, Parker and Cortez. |

| Steve joined Supreme Maintenance Organization as
a part time cleaning technician in 1997 and was quickly promoted to
Area Supervisor. In 1999, he accepted the full time position of Area
Manager for the Triad. In 2001, Steve received his Registered Building
Service Manager designation. He and his wife, Sandy have two children,
Megan and Stacy. |

Company History

| David Murphy and Gary Collins founded supreme
Maintenance Organization (SMO) as a home based business in 1989. The
two-man operation started by performing construction clean up for
several local homebuilders.
SMO moved into the contract cleaning business
by the end of 1989 and hired its first employee. The company moved
into its first office in 1990. The company continued to expand and
moved to its current location at 317 D South Westgate Drive in 1995.
The number of employee continues to grow as we
serve some the areas most well known companies. In 1999, SMO opened
an operation in Charlotte, NC and we recently started serving the
Raleigh Durham area.

The Building Service Contractors Association
International (BSCAI) has a membership in excess of 2,500 companies
from 34 different countries. Supreme Maintenance Organization
staff is strongly involved in the BSCAI, serving on committees
and attending seminars, conventions and trade shows. Our clients
are beneficiaries of up to date industry trends and information.
All Supreme Maintenance Organization's customers
benefit from our ongoing commitment to have our key managers certified
by the Building Service Contractors Association International.
Key management work to achieve the certification of CBSE (Certified
Building Service Executive) or RSBM (Registered Building Service
Manager) designations. These CBSE and RSBM designations assure
our customers that their services are directed by professionally
trained and certified personnel. Those who have received a CBSE
or RSBM designation have demonstrated their skills and knowledge
by successfully completing a full day examination.

David Murphy is a member of the Cleaning Management
Institute (CMI). Cleaning Management Institute was established
in 1964 for the professional training and education of building
cleaning and maintenance managers, supervisors and executives.
Cleaning Management Institute now has over 17,000 members.
